This group is ideal for Latinx individuals looking for a space to talk openly about personal challenges, cultural dynamics, and life’s ups and downs—especially when certain topics may feel too sensitive to discuss in traditional or religious settings.

Meet Carmen I. Maldonado
Carmen is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience working with diverse and underserved communities. As a bilingual and multicultural therapist, she understands the unique challenges faced by Latinx individuals and is passionate about providing a compassionate, culturally affirming space for healing and growth.
